Apace Packaging, a medium-sized contract pharmaceutical packager based in Fountain Run, KY, has completed a series of facility expansions over the past two years, further strengthening its operational capacity, efficiency, and readiness to meet customer needs.

The enhancements include a 68,000-square-foot pallet location warehouse designed to optimize product storage and logistics, along with a 3,490-square-foot, 168-pallet location warehouse for additional pallet storage. These expansions significantly increase Apace’s warehousing footprint, improving material flow and overall supply chain performance.

Within its primary facility, Apace has also invested in purpose-built production and support areas to enhance efficiency and compliance:

• 795-square-foot additional wash area
• 2,490-square-foot change part store
• 4,070-square-foot labeling department
• 805-square-foot office suite

The expansions come on the heels of Apace’s recent investment in a new medium-speed bottling line, underscoring the company’s focus on readiness, flexibility, and rapid onboarding for new projects.
